When you purchase a course or membership from Love Heald Consultancy online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address so that we can effectively process your order. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn which browser and operating system you are using. This allows us to display our store in the most user-friendly way.

Email marketing:  With your permission only, Love Heald Consultancy may send you emails about Love Heald Consultancy’s offers, programmes and other updates.

Consent You can say yes or no to marketing, it's up to you.

How do you get my consent? You give it to us. When you provide Love Heald Consultancy with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we collect your necessary info with the intention of using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent- for example you would tick an opt in box, which triggers an opt in email. Our opt in box says "Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers." You can choose to tick this or not. You can also choose to place an order without supplying an email address if you wish.

How do I withdraw my consent? Just unsubscribe- we support choice & freedom around here!

Disclosure

We've got to share your basic info with people who help us to delivery your service. They are not permitted to do anything shady with that info. If they do, we'll give them a serious talking to and report them. But seriously, they wouldn't do that.

If you have not opted in to marketing, but have made a purchase or created an account, we only share your information with other companies where it is necessary to processing an order and general financial accounting. This includes processing payments and submitting our sales data to our accountants.

This is a list of GDPR compliant companies we share your data with for the purposes of processing an order and for accounting. These companies will not use your data for any other reason.

These are the 3rd party applications we use to process orders.

  • Systeme.io - for Order and Payment Processing

  • Stripe - for Payment Processing

  • Xero - for Accounting Purposes

If you have opted into email marketing we use Systeme.io to store your data and send you marketing emails. They are all GDPR compliant and your data is password protected.

We may have to disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by the forces of law (the police for example) or if there is any illegal activity associated with a transaction, or activity, which violates our Terms of Service. In this case we would seek legal advice before disclosing your information.

We can't remove your data from Stripe or your bank. Only you can do that.

Payment Security

We take your payment details and the security of your data very seriously. Your credit or debit card information is processed by Systeme.io and is shown to us in a way that we can only see the last 4 digits of the card number. Stripe transactions are handled by Systeme.io and Stripe, both GDPR compliant companies.

General Security

We're pretty good at security. We've got tricky passwords full of upper and lower case letters and random numbers in various obscure languages!

We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Our website is powered by Systeme.io, which is considered safe.

Your personal and payment data is password protected within Systeme.io with a double layer of security provided by a unique login code.

Age of Consent

You need to be an adult to use this website. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Changes to this privacy Policy

Love Heald Consultancy reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in accordance with new regulation. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we use it.
